Raw Diet for Dogs 80/10 rule

80% Meat - 10% Bone - 10% Organs.

Alternatively the 70/10 rule is: 70% Meat - 10% Vegetables - 10% Bone - 10% Organs

For example this mimics what a Dog would receive if they were to hunt and eat a rabbit or another grass eating animal.

Raw Diet for Cats to follow a more natural diet is 60% Protein, 35% Fat, 5% Carbs. This is what a cat would receive if they were to eat a mouse.

Animals that eat biscuits both cats and dogs are receiving 50% carbs, which take longer to breakdown in the animal, as well as the environment. Grain free are just as high in carbs as normal grain filled biscuits, as fillers such as lectins replace the corn and wheat.
